We are looking for a Medical Manager to drive the medical strategy and professional engagement across multiple markets within the dermatology and skincare sector. This is a strategic and cross-functional role, combining scientific expertise, stakeholder collaboration, and leadership in medical marketing.
🔍 Key Responsibilities:
Medical Strategy & Scientific Communication:
• Lead the development and execution of regional and local medical strategies.
• Translate scientific knowledge into clear, compliant, and engaging communication for internal teams and external healthcare professionals.
• Adapt global scientific materials for local use while ensuring accuracy and relevance.
• Provide expert input for product launches, clinical positioning, and efficacy messaging.
Stakeholder & Team Collaboration:
• Support and train internal teams with medical and scientific insights.
• Guide and coordinate local medical field teams in selected countries.
• Collaborate with marketing, sales, regulatory, and digital teams on cross-functional initiatives.
Clinical Engagement & KOL Management:
• Build and maintain strong relationships with Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs) and Digital Opinion Leaders (DOLs).
• Coordinate and contribute to advisory boards, medical events, and congresses.
• Identify and manage participation in local and global clinical studies based on market needs.
🧠 Your Profile
• Degree in Medicine, Biomedical Sciences, Pharmacy, or similar.
• 5+ years of experience in a medical affairs or medical marketing role in pharma or dermo-cosmetics.
• Strong understanding of skin biology, dermatological pathologies, and active ingredients.
• Fluent in English and Czech (or another Central/Eastern European language).
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to lead, influence, and build relationships across countries and functions.
